In return transactions; The packaging/package of the product you want to return must be unopened/unused, undamaged, and its barcode must not be damaged or broken. You must send the product(s) you want to return with its original box and all accessories. Products that have lost their salability and whose hygienic properties have deteriorated (open/torn products with vacuum/gelatin packaging), disposable, quickly deteriorating, products that are likely to expire, products prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs, products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene, The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be refunded. If the product we receive meets the specified conditions, it is accepted as a return.
If you are entitled to a promotion at the time of purchase, you must deliver the promotional product, which is an integral part of the product subject to sale or the order placed, the original invoice of the product and a copy of the cargo delivery report to our company.
